Gallinari KO’d by sore back

A sore lower back prevented Danilo Gallinari from even attending Tuesday’s practice and could keep him from playing in the Knicks’ second Vegas Summer league game. “It’s just precautionary,” said Mike D’Antoni. “He’ll be okay.”
